Alabama A&M University is committed to supporting bright and ambitious students. This scholarship is designed to alleviate some of the financial burdens associated with higher education and enable students to focus on their academic success.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Must be a current high school senior, transfer or current student accepted to or attending Alabama A&M University in the 2025-2026 School year.
· Demonstrated academic excellence
· GPA 3.0 or need base
· Active participation in extracurricular activities and community service
How to Apply:

2. Submit all required documents, including your transcript, letters of recommendation, acceptance letter and essay.
3. Ensure your application is submitted by the deadline of March 15th, 2025.

The Houston Alumni Chapter Scholarship is based primarily on scholarship merit, financial need and evidence of leadership. The Scholarship is granted for one academic year in the range of $1,000 - $2500 for incoming freshmen, transfer students or undergraduate students who are currently enrolled.

ALABAMA A&M NATIONAL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
HOUSTON AREA ALUMNI CHAPTER SCHOLARSHIPS
The National Alumni Association of Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University awards scholarships annually to students who will attend or are currently enrolled at Alabama A&M University. The Houston Alumni Chapter Scholarship is based primarily on scholarship merit, financial need and evidence of leadership. The Scholarship is granted for one academic year in the amount of $1,000 and is allocated equally for Fall and Spring Semesters.
